Safety and trust
Letting someone into your parent's home takes trust. Here is how we earn it.
ServQ Healthcare checks provider ID and credentials before approval, limits every role to its scope of practice, confirms each visit with a one-time code (OTP), and keeps health information private and consent-based. We are not an emergency service: call 108.
Provider checks
- We collect and review ID, address proof, a selfie and professional credentials such as a nursing or physiotherapy council registration before a provider is approved
- Providers complete training and an agreement on conduct before taking visits
- Credentials are checked again every year
- Providers carry a company ID card
Scope of practice, built into dispatch
Each provider has a grade, and a booking is only offered to providers whose grade is allowed for every task in it.
| Role | May do | May not do |
|---|---|---|
| Nurse | Injections, IV drip on prescription, wound and catheter care, vitals, giving prescribed medicines | Change doses or start treatment |
| Physiotherapist | Assessment and therapy sessions | Prescribe medicines |
| GDA (home health aide) | Daily-living help, vitals, mobility, hygiene, feeding | Injections, IV, wound packing |
| Attendant | Companionship and daily-living help under a care plan | Medical tasks |
| Escort | Accompanying to hospital and OPD | Clinical tasks |
Verified visits
- Start and end OTP for every visit, shared by you
- Provider check-in is tied to the home's location and a photo
- Notes, vitals and medicines given are recorded for the family
SOS and emergencies
The app has an SOS button that raises an alert to the ServQ Healthcare team. For a medical emergency always call 108 first or go to the nearest hospital. Providers follow a red-flag guide: call 108 or the hospital, then tell the family.
Money and valuables
- Pay the company through the app, never cash to a provider
- Providers do not handle your cash, cards or valuables
Privacy
Health information is sensitive. We ask for consent for specific purposes, show providers only what a visit needs, and follow India's data protection law. Read the Privacy Policy.
