How ServQ Healthcare works
From the first call to every visit, here is what happens.
To use ServQ Healthcare, you tell us what care your parent needs, we help plan it, a verified provider visits with start and end OTPs, and the family sees notes, vitals and alerts in the app.
1. Tell us about your parent
Name, age, health conditions, allergies, medicines, emergency contacts and their doctor. We ask for consent first, and your parent has a say in who comes.
2. Plan the care
A care manager helps decide the services and the plan. For a new client we do an intake assessment of daily activities and general wellbeing.
3. Book and get matched
Choose a service and a time. Only providers whose qualification fits every task in the booking are offered the job.
4. Visit with OTP
The provider arrives, you share a start OTP, care is given and recorded, and an end OTP closes the visit.
5. Stay informed
Visit notes, vitals, medicine logs and alerts appear in the family timeline in the app.
6. Review and adjust
Rate visits, raise concerns and change the plan as your parent's needs change.
What if something goes wrong?
Providers follow a written red-flag guide for symptoms such as chest pain, signs of a stroke, breathlessness, a head injury after a fall or very low sugar. In those situations the first step is to call 108 or the hospital and tell the family. The app has an SOS button. You can also raise a complaint or ask for a different provider at any time.
