### Do I need a doctor's referral for home physiotherapy?
It is best to share any doctor's advice, discharge summary or scan reports with the physiotherapist before the first session so that exercises are safe for you. Tell us about heart conditions, recent surgery or fractures when you book.

### How many sessions will I need?
The physiotherapist decides after the first assessment. It depends on your condition and goals. We do not sell fixed-result packages or promise outcomes.

### Is there a programme for preventing falls?
Yes, ServQ Healthcare has a six-week falls-prevention programme in its service catalogue. Ask our team about it when you contact us.

### How long is a session?
Session length depends on the condition and the plan the physiotherapist sets. This will be confirmed when you book.

### Do I need equipment at home?
Usually a firm chair, a mat and a clear walking space are enough. The physiotherapist will tell you if anything else is needed.

### Is it safe after a fracture or surgery?
Only with your doctor's clearance and the surgeon's instructions. Share the discharge summary before the first session.

### Can the family watch the exercises?
Yes, and it helps. The physiotherapist teaches family members how to assist safely between sessions.

### What if exercises cause pain?
Stop and tell the physiotherapist. Some discomfort can be normal, but sharp or new pain should be checked. For chest pain or breathlessness call 108.

> **Note:** **In an emergency, call 108 (ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital.** ServQ Healthcare supports planned and ongoing care at home.
