## What is included

- Night shift attendants who stay with the patient overnight
- 24-hour cover through a day carer and a night carer with a handover between them
- Matching shifts to the care needed, so a carer is not asked to do more than a safe shift
- Updates to the family through the app, including notes from each shift

## What it does not include

- Put one carer on duty for 24 hours without rest
- Give injections or IV drips (a nurse visit can be added when a doctor has prescribed them)
- Replace a hospital or ICU where that level of care is needed

## Who provides it

Our system applies a rest rule between shifts and avoids double-booking providers, so the person at your bedside is rested.

## How to book

1. **Tell us what you need**: Send a request or use the app. Share the age, health conditions and any doctor's advice.
2. **We match a verified provider**: Our team confirms the care needed and assigns a provider whose qualification fits the task.
3. **Visit with OTP**: The provider arrives, you share a start OTP, care is given and notes are recorded. You share an end OTP when the visit is complete.

## Common questions

### Is 24-hour care one person for the whole day?
No. It is arranged as a day carer and a night carer with a handover. One person working 24 hours without rest is unsafe for both the carer and the patient.

### Can I book night care only for a few nights?
Yes. Night attendants can be booked for a single night, a week or on a continuing basis, subject to availability in your area.

### What if the night attendant needs a nurse for a medical task?
Attendants do not do medical procedures. If a doctor has prescribed injections or similar care, we can add a nurse visit alongside the attendant.
