- **Hospitals and clinics**: Refer patients for post-discharge nursing, physiotherapy and attendant care. We coordinate with the discharge summary and the family.
- **Laboratories and pharmacies**: Home sample collection and medicine delivery through licensed partners. Families pay the pharmacy directly.
- **NGOs and societies**: Co-host scam-safety talks, health camps and senior meet-ups in your community.
- **Doctors**: Join as a tele-doctor partner for follow-ups and non-emergency consults.
