### What is ServQ Healthcare?
ServQ Healthcare is a home healthcare and senior care service in India, launching in Jaipur. Through one app and a care team, families can book nurses, attendants and GDAs, physiotherapy at home, hospital escorts, tele-doctor consults, and night or 24-hour care.

### Where is ServQ Healthcare available?
We are launching in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Other cities will follow. You can join the waiting list for your city from the contact page.

### Is ServQ Healthcare an emergency or ambulance service?
No. In an emergency call 108 (ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital. ServQ Healthcare supports planned and ongoing care at home.

### How do I book a home nurse or attendant?
Send us a request on the contact page or use the ServQ Healthcare app when it launches. Our team confirms what care is needed, then a verified provider is assigned. Each visit starts and ends with a one-time code (OTP) that you share with the provider.

### How much does home care cost?
Prices depend on the service, the hours and the plan. Plans and prices will be published before launch. [PRICES TO BE CONFIRMED]. We never ask for cash to be paid to a provider: payments are made to the company through the app.

### Who are your nurses, attendants and physiotherapists?
They are independent professionals who apply to join ServQ Healthcare. Before approval we review ID, address, a selfie and professional credentials such as a nursing or physiotherapy council registration, and they complete our training. Their scope of work is limited by their qualification.

### What can a home attendant not do?
Attendants and GDAs help with daily living and company. They do not give injections or IV drips, do wound care that needs a nurse, change medicine doses, or handle your money.

### Can ServQ Healthcare staff handle my parent's money or valuables?
No. Providers never hold cash or valuables for clients, and payment is made to the company, not to the person at your door.

### How is my family's health information protected?
Health information is sensitive. We ask for your consent for specific purposes, give providers only what they need for the visit, and follow India's data protection rules. See our Privacy Policy.

### Can I watch over my parent from another city?
Yes. Family members can follow visits, notes and vitals in the app and receive alerts, even from abroad. The Out-of-City plan is designed for this.

### What languages do you support?
English and Hindi to start. More Indian languages are planned.

### How do I become a provider?
Nurses, GDAs, attendants, physiotherapists and escorts can apply from the For providers page. Placement depends on verification and training.

> **Note:** **In an emergency, call 108 (ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital.** ServQ Healthcare supports planned and ongoing care at home. It is not an emergency service.
