> **ServQ Healthcare** is a startup building home healthcare and senior care for Indian families, starting in Jaipur. We combine trained providers, a care manager, an app for family visibility, and a community for older adults.

## Why we exist

Many adult children live away from their parents, and finding trustworthy care at short notice is hard. We want families to know who is visiting, what was done, and what to do next, without anxiety.

## What we believe

- Dignity first: the senior has a say in who comes into their home
- Right person for the task: nobody works outside their qualification
- Honest about limits: we are not an emergency service and we do not promise cures
- Fair to providers: clear scope, training and timely payouts
